Booking Amount
A booking amount equal to 30% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking.
Non-Refundable Booking Amount
The 30% booking amount is strictly non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels a confirmed booking, the 30% booking amount will not be refunded.
Payment Schedule

Remaining Payment
The remaining 20% payment must be cleared after photo selection.
Final Delivery
Final photographs, videos and albums will be delivered only after the complete payment has been received.
Date Rescheduling
Date changes are subject to SPD Photography's availability. If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking amount will remain non-refundable.
Additional Services
Additional hours, reshoots, travel, accommodation, extra reels, albums or other additional services may be charged separately.
Completed Services
Once a photography or videography service has been completed, payments related to the completed service are generally non-refundable.
Third-Party Expenses
Approved expenses such as album printing, travel, accommodation or other third-party services that have already been incurred may be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Except for the non-refundable booking amount, any refund that is specifically agreed upon will be processed according to the applicable payment method and agreed terms.
