Booking Amount
- 30% of the total package amount is required to confirm and reserve the event date.
- The 30% booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
- The event date will be considered confirmed only after the booking amount is received.

Full payment must be completed before final delivery.
Data Collection
Clients must collect / download their photographs and videos within 3 months from the shoot / event date.
Data Deletion
After 3 months, SPD Photography may permanently delete stored photographs, videos, project files and backups. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for edited photographs, videos, reels and albums may vary depending on the selected package, workload, event size and editing requirements.
Photo Selection
Clients must complete photo selection for albums within the requested time. Delays in photo selection or approval may result in delayed delivery.
Guest Interference
SPD Photography is not responsible for obstruction, missed shots or quality issues caused by guests, other photographers / videographers, cameras, flashes or other external interference.
Unexpected Circumstances
Event coverage may be affected by weather, technical failures, electricity issues, natural disasters, accidents, traffic, venue restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Promotional Use
SPD Photography may use selected photographs and videos for its website, social media, portfolio and advertising purposes unless the client explicitly objects.
RAW Files
RAW or unedited camera files are not provided. Only edited high-quality photographs and videos included in the selected package will be delivered.
Editing Style
Colour, tone, skin retouching, transitions, music and overall editing style will follow the creative and professional standards of SPD Photography.
Pending Payment
All outstanding payments must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule. Final delivery will be provided only after full payment is received.
Reshoot Policy
Any reshoot requested after completion of the original shoot / event will be treated as a new service and will incur additional charges.
Travel & Accommodation
For shoots / events outside the city or service area, applicable travel, transportation, accommodation and related expenses will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data Backup
Client data may be backed up for up to 3 months from the shoot / event date. After this period, backups may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Guest Behaviour
Respectful and proper behaviour towards the photographer, videographer and SPD Photography team is expected. In case of abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour, the team may stop or suspend coverage.
Lighting & Location Limitations
Photo / video quality may be affected by venue lighting, available space, weather, crowd conditions, stage setup or other environmental limitations.
Event Timing
The team will provide coverage only for the agreed date, event and duration. Any additional coverage time will be charged separately.
Cancellation
If the client cancels a confirmed booking, the 30% booking amount will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to SPD Photography's availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Agreement
By confirming a booking with SPD Photography, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
